By creating an account or using NFL Predictions you accept these terms. The service is free and provided as is by a fan, without any affiliation with the NFL or its teams.
The service
NFL Predictions lets you predict the outcome of NFL games, answer season questions, join groups and compare your results with other players. No money is involved: there is no fee, no stake and no prize. It is not a betting service.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password private and choose a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate someone else. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Rules of the game
Picks lock at kickoff. Results come from public data (ESPN) and may be corrected by an administrator in case of an error. Points and standings are computed automatically; administrators' decisions on disputes are final.
Content you post
Group names, descriptions, avatars and chat messages must respect the law and other people: no harassment, hate, spam, advertising or illegal content. Group owners and administrators can moderate their groups; site administrators can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the site running and the data accurate, but we give no guarantee. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or stopped at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site.
Intellectual property
Team names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. The site's code and original illustrations are the property of its author.
Changes
These terms may change; the current version is always available on this page with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
